obi 200 locked out pasword maybe

I had two boxs one for my house one for my mothers i cunfused swaped google accounts and while strying to correct cant get in the account for one of my boxs to fix   i brought moms box to my house to attemt this fix but if i try to add device it says faq00  no ip address  any help

Usually means the OBi is not connected to your router.  Faulty ethernet cable, faulty ethernet port on router, faulty OBi, DHCP server disabled on router.
