Caller can't hear me after switching to another SP caller

I have a 2082. Today, I was on the phone on SP1. Someone called me on SP3. I placed SP1 on hold. I answered SP3. I then hung up on SP3 and came back to SP1. The person on SP1 could hear me but I could not hear them.

This has been happening on and off with my 2082. I had previously had the problem when I tried to do a 3 way call on SP1. One of the callers couldn't hear me (we could hear them) or they couldn't hear us (but we could hear them). I had thought it was related to 3 way calling, but now I realize that it was when one call was put on hold that the issues occurs.

To be clear, I have not made any changes to my network settings and the issue seems to be happening intermittently. If I hang up and calll the person back, there are no issues. It only happens when one party is placed on hold and another (new call) starts - even if its on another SP# with a different google voice account.
