issues with outgoing calls

so i have an obi200 with google voice setup and i have a raspbx that i setup using the asterisk compatibly system service provider in obitalk portal. im not having issues with incoming calls, but i cant seem to get the outgoing calls to work, any assistance would be great.

What troubleshooting and diagnostic steps have you already taken?

Start by ensuring that you can make outgoing GV calls using only the OBi200, ie not going through Raspbx.
