Unsuccessful Porting from previous Voip number to Google Voice

Just installed the Obi202, have it set up with Google Voice but it will not allow me to start a port of my old number that is now with Vonage.  Does not get to a place where I can input their account number to show it's voIP and not a traditional landline.  What are my options?
