calls staying connected even after i hang up

hi i cant make any outbound calls. when i look at phone status it shows that calls are active even though i already had hung up.

Power cycle your obi, and see if that fixes it.

That is a strange call. From SP3 to SP3 on the same OBi.

i know that power cycling will help. but this has happened at least once before. any idea what would cause something like this or how to prevent it in the future. (is there a way to limit calls to an hour. so that in case this happens again the obi would end the call on its own?
