flashing green/red obi 200, update firmware doesn't fix

Hey guys
My Obi 200 flashes green red. When I browse to it, it goes straight to the update firmware page. I downloaded the 2019 fw from the forums, and afterwards it just does the same thing.  Any suggestions? Is this a brick now?

Btw, my pap2t that the obi replaced, still works ...

I faced similar kind of issue last time, I am still searching for some proper solution   Same issue still no fix to this.
