No Response From the Service Provider Error Message

We've started getting "###(number) has not received a response from the service provider" error messages over the past month.  It is intermittent.  We make "thank you" calls on behalf of a non-profit and it will happen intermittently...say 4-5 out of 20 calls. Some times though we just have to switch over to a cell phone.

Is this an Obi problem?  We have an OBI 200 that was likely purchased in 2016.  It is connected to our DSL modem/router.  We use Google Voice.  Our home internet seems stable, we have no other problems with wifi devices except our voip line.

This is happening because you are calling in violation of Google Voice's Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy.   Your many short-duration outbound calls are being blocked for abuse.  Don't do that with Google Voice.
