We've started getting "###(number) has not received a response from the service provider" error messages over the past month. It is intermittent. We make "thank you" calls on behalf of a non-profit and it will happen intermittently...say 4-5 out of 20 calls. Some times though we just have to switch over to a cell phone.
Is this an Obi problem? We have an OBI 200 that was likely purchased in 2016. It is connected to our DSL modem/router. We use Google Voice. Our home internet seems stable, we have no other problems with wifi devices except our voip line.
