can't make international call in Auto Atendant

I can make international calls at home by dailing 01186xxx (for China). But in AA, press 2, then 01186xxx... # I hear nothing -- no busy tones or anything. Tried to press #, * or ramdomly but can't go back to main menus so just hang up and dial again.

I can call local numbers without problems from within AA like 416xxxxxxx.

Any suggestions? thanks

Please post your PHONE Port DigitMap and OutboundCallRoute and your Auto Attendant DigitMap and OutboundCallRoute.

I am not using PHONE PORT. SP1 is my primary. But I am posting the setting for PHONE port anyway.

I suspect the problem with the Auto Attendant is that its PrimaryLine is not set to SP1 Service.
