Registration reqest intervals

Hi,
I recently signed up for BulkVS voip service and they require that they ee a registration request once every 25 seconds or less. I'm not sure which setting I need to change. Do I just need to enable the keep alive setting in voice service providers (default setting is off but if on expires in 15 seconds)?

Service Providers/ITSP Profile x SIP/RegistrationPeriod

where x is A or B or C or D as appropriate.
