OBi1062 Speaker Stopped Working after 2 years

After 2 years of use, the speaker on my OBi1062 stopped working. All other phone features (headset and handset) seem to work fine. I did do a factory reset but the speaker still doesn't work. Both voice and ringtones are completely silent.
