Still having error messages after revising the digit map. I think it is not connecting to the SP.
I am also puzzled as to why the speed dial configuration works and this doesn't.

ITSP Digit Map for both A and B Profiles is now:
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1316>xxxxxxx|911|011xx.|xx.|***xxx|4xxx|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

Where did I go wrong in my syntax?

You totally screwed up the outbound route. It looks like you copy the digit map and added a few rules. Reset the outbound route to default then add 911 and 933.

Amazing how everything works when programmed correctly.  When I looked at what I had done, I couldn't believe it.
