OBiSupport took care of my problem. And very quickly!
I gave them my device number and they took it from there.

I don't know what the problem was. I just got an email from them that said

We made some update on your Obi, and please do a factory reset on your unit first by doing ***8, press 1 to confirm.
Works great now.
