Obi200 not ringing or dialing our with SP1 registered on GV

I have obi200 with SP1 setup for Google Voice and it shows connected on obitalk dashboard. Calling the GV voice number goes to voicemail after few seconds. Dialing out from obi200 with DECT phone connected dials but doesn't ring on the other end.

Can you successfully connect to the echo test by dialling **9 222 222 222 ?

Thank you for the help.

Echo test did not work. I deleted Obi200 from the dashboard and reset it, then added and configured it again. It is working now.
