Get Ringtone and incoming rings but both sides can't hear anything??

Hi,

I have (2) Obi200 devices using google voice and been using them for well over a year now, but now within the last week, I get a ringtone and incoming rings on both devices but when I answer or call folks both sides can't hear anything total silence?  I did a reset etc, and still the same thing.  Any help would be appreciated.
