Registration not required OBi 200 no longer working with google voice

My obi 200 has worked fine for over a year. Then stopped. A message said it needed to be reconfigured. I have followed all the steps. I can make outgoing calls, but incoming calls do not work.
Only says "registration not required" for the google voice setting.
Here is a screenshot.

Same thing is happening to me.  I removed and reinstalled device. Did a factory reset on my Obhi200.  Nothing seems to work.  Can't send or receive calls.  This is my only phone in the house that I am at.  I really need this to work.  Please let me know how to fix.

Tip from other thread. One under north america section google voice titled tokens has a lot about this problem. Many having same problems with GV token error, etc.
And suggestion for a backup account on callcentric that you can forward GV number to and works on obi right now, even with other problems with GV and obi. If you get dedicated number from them and have GV forwarded to it.
