Author Topic: Difficult time with setting up Google voice on OBi200 device  (Read 14260 times)

I previously used an OBi200 device for about five (5) years and the device stopped working.

I just recently purchased a new OBi200 device.  However, I am unsuccesful with setting this new device.

Every time I get the last screen, For the Status. It just says:

Configuration not required.

Or:

Connecting to
216.239.16.145: Token error.

Any help or suggestions please.

This is happening on my obi 200 that was working fine until around a week ago. now this nonsense.

My OBi200 stopped working around a week ago too.

Can an OBiTalk representative please chime in to help us?

There was a server issue this weekend that caused this problem.  It is now temporarily fixed ("temporarily" but will need a firmware update from Poly for a longer-term fix).

If your device is still not working, unplug it for a half-hour, then plug it back in and see if it's fixed.

WTF!  Google Voice works fine on OBiTALK devices, as long as the latest firmware update has been applied.  STOP spamming the forum with these posts and delete your other posts.

Yes, for YOU it is working. Stop being aggressive on a SUPPORT FORUM. People are having trouble and cannot get help. If you can't help, be quiet. I am in touch with Poly support and they have been unable to resolve the problem, despite all firmware updates and troubleshooting steps. It is important for others to know that they may spend money on a device that does not work for everyone.
