Inbound caller goes to Voicemail even after I answer

Hi

Inbound callers that are calling my GV number go to VM even after i answer.  The phone rings (always) I wait for caller id (which I always get too) I pick up and no one is there. Call goes to Google voice VM. I'm guessing it's a ring length before VM setting. I just don't know where that is.

Google Voice voicemail kicks in if a call is not answered within 25 seconds.  This is a Google Voice policy and cannot be changed or disabled.

well, it's way less than 25 seconds.  maybe 5 seconds. is there a setting for ring counts in the obi 110? if so where?  Thanks

The OBi is not involved in Google Voice voicemail.  The OBi will ring as long as Google Voice continues to ring the OBi.  The OBi has no control over when Google Voice decides to stop ringing the OBi and put the call into its voicemail.  This normally occurs after 25 seconds of the call not being anwered.
