WiFi setup question

Hello!

I am new to the forum...

We just moved offices, and I had hoped I would just be able to plug in and start right up. Unfortunately, that has not worked.

Here is what is different from my previous office setup:

1. I changed the SSID for our WiFi
2. Our network now is managed between 2.4/5 GHz by the router (previously, I had the ObiWiFi connected to a 2.4 SSID)

Hardware:

1. We have ObiWiFi dongles that are 2.4/5 GHz compatible
2. We have the SimpleWAN firewall box set up, and it is working correctly.

"that has not worked" is not a helpful description of the problem.

Which of these is the case:

1.  The OBi is not connecting to the new Wi-Fi system.

2.  The OBi is connecting to the new Wi-Fi system but is not using or getting a (valid) IP address on the new  local network.

3.  The OBi is connecting just fine through the new Wi-Fi system to the new local network but does not get any further.

4.  All above is OK and calls to **9 222 222 222 succeed but other calls in or out do not.
