I have a google voice # and a 110 device.  I can make and receive calls no problems.
My google voice # rings the home and my mobile simultaneously.

When I try to call my google voice # from my mobile I get the obi attendant.

Is there a way I can ring the home phone from my mobile ?

I would like to keep the ring my mobile on from Google voice.

I also added my mobile to the circle of trust  (is this my mistake ?)

Look for a rule similar to the following and remove it:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa}

where 12341234567 is your cell phone number.

Had to remove my mobile from circle of friend first.
I then was able to delete the rule.
Rebooted, Replugged in, still not working.

Any other ideas ?

Look in the OBi itelsef (not through the OBiTALK Web Portal).  The ONLY way a call gets to the Auto Attendant is through an {...:aa} InboundCallRoute rule.

If you're configuring the OBi directly instead of through the OBiTALK Web Portal, did you set?:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Hi Ron,

Thank you for the quick response !

I just additionally changed the 2 settings you mentioned, rebooted, but still no success.
I also verified the Inbound call is set to the default "ph" only now.

I also verified the Inbound call is set to the default "ph" only now.

With only a rule of 'ph', calls will ONLY be sent to the PHONE Port.  The Auto Attendant will not answer.  If calls are going to the Auto Attendant, you're looking at the wrong InboundCallRoute.

Are you sure it's the OBi's Auto Attendant that's answering?  Could it be Google Voice instead?  If so:

In advanced settings for your cell phone number in your Google Voice account, change:

Direct access to voicemail when calling your Google number from this phone?

Yes (default for mobile phones)

to

No (requires pressing star during greetings -- default for non-mobile phones)

Ron ~ Genius !!

I thought it was the OBi attendant, but I have the same password for google voice,
so that is what it actually was.

Works perfect now!

+1 RonR
