suggestion for my OBI212

Hello everyone, I'm Rumie.

I need some help. But first, let's see my problem.
My device is OBI212 and now it's not coming up.
There is the green light will come up and after that the red light will turn.
The same process has just repeated and  repeated.
I have tried resetting the device to factory default by inserting a pin but it doesn't help.
Is there any warranty on this device?

Anyone can give me any suggestion what I can do to resolve this problem.

Not clear what you are describing.  Do you mean that power LED (the left most one when the LEDs are towards you) is alternating between red and green like shown at https://www.obitalk.com/info/support/troubleshooting.  If not, please say what each of the 5 LEDs is doing.
