Unconditional call transfer / call forwarding question

Hello,

I have two lines on my OBi202:

1. Regular SIP1 line
2. Regular SIP2 line

I need all inbound calls from SIP2 line to transfer to my PSTN number or to SIP URI (that is linked to my PSTN number).

I tried  X_InboundCallRoute to set to xxxx@my_sip_uri.com  but the call forwarded only after 30 secs or so.

CallForwardUnconditionalNumber   is ignored when I set it to +1xxxxxxxxxx

What are my other options?

Service Provider > ITSP Profile A > SIP > X_Spoof_CallerID: checked
This is to pass the inbound CallerID.

SP2 X_InboundCallRoute: sp1(xxxx@my_sip_uri.com)
