Connect Failed: No Response

Hello, I have just received my OBIHAI phone and am in the process of initial set-up. Successfully configured and connected the device to my online dashboard.

I am getting this error when trying to connect SP1 to GV "Connect Failed: No Response (server=192.168.0.166"

Model: OBi1022
Software Version: 5.1.11 (Build: 5312EX.1311)
Device shows "Online"
Passed Echo Test
OBiTALK device is listed as a "connected device" on my Google Voice settings
Cookies are enabled
Tried multiple factory resets, ON/OFF, reconnecting devices.

drgeoff:
server=192.168.0.166 is totally wrong.  That is a private address on your local network.  GV server never has an address like that. 

Try doing the GV configuration again.
