New device.  Performed manual upgrade.  **9222222222 says "There is no service available"

Did the echo test work before the upgrade?

Is the ethernet cable plugged in and fully home at both ends?

What is the status of the power LED (the leftmost one) on the OBi200?

Try removing power for 15 seconds.
