I have an Obi100 connected to a basic analog phone and an Apple router. I have Callcentric set up on line 1 and Azzu (a Brazilian service) on line 2. The phone gives a dial tone when I pick it up and I can make outgoing calls but recently it has stopped ringing for incoming calls which go straight to voicemail. Any idea what could be the problem?

If you dial **0 -> 3 -> (optional PIN) -> 0# and hang up, does the Auto Attendant call you back with the phone ringing?

When you log into the OBi directly at the IP address returned by dialing ***1, what does the Main Status page show for SP1 Service Status and SP2 Service Status?

Obi needs it own subnet mask.

I think you're very confused as to what a subnet mask is and how it's used:

Thank you for your help with this.
To answer your questions:
(1) Yes the auto attendant did call back when I dialed that sequence.
(2) This is what the status page shows:

SP1 Service Status
Parameter Name   Value
Status   Registered (server=204.11.192.31:5060; expire in 32s)
PrimaryProxyServer
SecondaryProxyServer
CallState   0 Active Calls

SP2 Service Status
Parameter Name   Value
Status   Registered (server=201.48.113.132:5060; expire in 54s)
PrimaryProxyServer
SecondaryProxyServer
CallState   0 Active Calls

Verify:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : ph
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : ph

If incoming calls still don't ring the PHONE Port, you might try forwarding ports 5060 and 5061 to the OBi in your router.
