obi110 Arrived then died ... Obi support great!!!!

My obi110 arrived today ... ten minutes after setting it up it crapped ... lol

Bad power supply as I found out by using one I had here at the house ...

Submitted a ticket ... Within minutes received an email and was told a new power supply would be sent out tomorrow!!!

OK to use the one I found here until the new one arrives ...

Now this is customer support!!!
