S4 seems to not be working? - Build 2651

Using a slimmed down version of

Phone port -> DigitMap -> ([1-9]S4|1[01]S4|[49]11|*7[89]|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

Phone Port -> OutboundCallRoute -> {(<#:>|911):li},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)|411|*7[89]):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

PrimaryLine -> PSTN Line

Line port -> DigitMap -> ([2-9]xxxxxx|<**1>1[2-9]xxxxxxxxx)

When I press any Speed Dial key and do not press # it takes 10 seconds to respond.

I copied all your settings into my OBi and Speed Dials respond in 4 seconds as expected.

If all else fails, reset the OBi to factory defaults and restore the very same settings back into it.
