Can't modify digitMap

I am trying to modify the DigitMap of ITSP Profile A.  After I make changes, and reboot, the changes take into effect briefly, and then it will fall back to its original value.  Any clue what is wrong?

You must disable Auto Provisioning or the OBiTALK Web Portal will keep forcing the OBi back to its settings:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Hold on... What RonR says is correct assuming you do that on the device itself. However, I find it more convenient to maintain almost settings from "Expert mode" on the web. In such case, you obviously don't want to disable provisioning!
The result is the same... Digit map settings should stick!
