Server Busy

I have tried for 2 days now to get my obi110 to setup on the website but every time i try i get server is busy try in 20 mins... all i want to do is setup it up on google voice is there a way to do this manually with out going to the website?... if so any one have set by step setup?... thanks...

Configuring the OBi without the OBiTALK Web Portal is extremely easy.

Simply log into the OBi using the IP address returned by dialing ***1.  The default username/password is admin/admin.

Then set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

For Google Voice on SP1:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> Name : Google Voice
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> SignalingProtocol : Google Voice

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : (Google Voice username)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword : (Google Voice password)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_SkipCallScreening : (checked)

Physical Interfaces -> PHONE Port -> PrimaryLine : SP1 Service

OMG thanks it works you are EPIC lol it was driving me crazy to setup on the website i did read online about the IP stuff but i had no clue what to mess with when i got in...
