How to delete trusted Callers

I entered several Trusted Callers before I realized that these people would fall into the auto attendant instead of pass through to my phone.  I deleted ALL of these Truted Callers by BACK Spacing their entry fields until blank.  This seemed to work on the form because they have not reappeared on the form after logging out and back in.  The Problem: They (The people I entered as Trusted Callers) STILL fall directly into the Auto Attendant and are prompted to enter 1 to complete the call.  Other Callers NOT entered previously to the Trusted Callers list have no problems and do not get the Auto Attendant.

How can I get rid of the ghost Trusted Callers?

Do I need to reset the Obi110?

Go to:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute
Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> InboundCallRoute
Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute

and delete any unwanted CallerID's from the aa rules (or the whole rule if there's nobody left).
