Hi everyone, I just got an Obi 110 last week and tried to set it up but encountered difficulties. Please help.

- The first issue is Trusted Callers.

               * I have tried to add my cell phone and homephone number under the following format 1270555**** and uncheck the match box. However, when I use either cellphone or homephone call to the Obi, The phone is ringing not go to AA.

- The second one is Block caller ID.

               * First, I tried to call my cellphone using the following format *671xxxxxxxxxx. My cellphone still displays the number from my goolge account.
                              Note: I have checked on the Obi by calliing ***0 and 168. The status is enable.

- The last one is AA

               * I have read The custom AA post. However, It's so complicated for me. Is there any video tutorial ? or someone please explain it as simple as possible.

Thank you very much

Assuming you have Google Voice configured on the SP1 Service and this is where you want calls from your cell phone and home phone to be routed to the Auto Attendant, set:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {(12341111111|12342222222):aa},{ph}

where 12341111111 and 12342222222 are CallerID's that are to be routed to the Auto Attendant.

You cannot block outgoing CallerID when using Google Voice.  This is a Google Voice restriction and cannot be circumvented.

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: {(12341XXXX|1234222XX2):aa},{ph,PP(ob29089XX)}

Incoming calls to the SP1 Service from 12341XXXX and 1234222XX2 should be routed to the Auto Attendant.  All other callers should be routed to the OBi PHONE Port and to OBiON App 29089XX.

NOTE: 29089XX is not a valid OBiTALK number.  OBiTALK numbers are 9 digits.  This rule should be:

{ph,pp(ob29089XXXX)}
