Forward GV Calls via PSTN to Local Number in India

I want the simplest solution if possible. I am doing this in India (Mumbai) with GV and local PSTN. I want the GV call forwarded after 3 rings if no answer via the PSTN to my local mobile number.

All settings are default except:

Under ObiTalk Services

CallForwardOnNoAnswerEnable - Checked
CallForwardOnNoAnswerNumber - 10 Digit Mobile Number Directly Put (Dont know if i need to put any prefix)
CallForwardOnNoAnswerRingCount - 3
MaxSessions -1
