Backing Off (0s):Authentication error

I have searched, but can not find a fix to my error.  I have GV for SP1 and SP2.  SP1 is connected fine, but SP2 shows Backing Off (0s):Authentication error.  I have verified login and password on both ends (OBi and GV).  I have deleted SP2 and reconnected to no avail.  Any ideas?
