Short rings

LindaB:
Prior to hooking up the OBI the phone range with normal rings.  Now the rings are short rings, almost as if the rings are cut off.  Is there a fix for this?

Different ring patterns can be selected for each trunk:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_DefaultRing : (1-10)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_DefaultRing : (1-10)
Voice Services -> OBiTALK Service -> DefaultRing : (1-10)
Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> DefaultRing : (1-10)
