Call barring on POTS line

I'm about to get myself an OBI110, but I'd like to be sure it suits my needs.
Is it possible to set call barring/blacklist rules on the POTS line?
I mean, rejecting or diverting to voicemail certain CIDs or anonymous callers.

As long as your PSTN service provider provides caller ID I don't see why this couldn't be set up but I'm thinking the caller would probably just hear ringing forever. Again, if you have voice mail from your provider I would think they would send the call to voice mail after x number of rings. All this would need to be tested. I can't test because I don't have caller ID.
