Allow PC to ring while OBI is powered on

<< < (3/5) > >>

RonR:
If you're making changes directly to the OBi, you must also set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

or the OBiTALK Web Portal will overwrite your changes with its settings.

Each of the four InboundCallRoute's controls where that particaular trunk rings.  If you don't want a particular trunk to also ring the PC, don't change its InboundCallRoute.

Trust me, there is a:

Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute

Mique:
OK, thanks for this information. I will give it another try. I am accessing the OBi by the ip address. Still can not see the Physical Interfaces -> LINE Port -> InboundCallRoute,
I will keep looking. May be tomorrow as it is getting late. Thanks for your help. I will post again

RonR:
Do you have an OBi100?  They don't have a LINE Port.  Only the OBi110 has a LINE Port.

Mique:
OBi100, that explains that.  I have modified SP1 and OBiTalk services, all saved now, thanks. Can I now assume that when my Google voice phone number is dialed both my Phone connected to the OBi and my PC will ring?  Also, is there an easy way to dissable and enable this feature?
Thanks.

It should.  Call your Google Voice number and test it.

I don't believe so.
