Dell Voice, fongo
jeflad:
Can Obihai product be adapted to support Dell Voice (Fongo.com) service ?
w84no1:
Looks like you can use http://www.freephoneline.ca/optionalServices powered by fongo and pay a $50 one time fee for a voip unlock key. Then they send you the SIP/VoIP settings.
Lina:
Might be a dumb question, but,
If you have the unlock key, does this mean you can move that phone # to another voip provider, or do you have to go through a porting request?
I have an unlock freephoneline key and want to move it to Anveo. Do I need to send Anveo the porting forms? or is the phone# then mine to take whereever??
Gotham:
I posted a topic just before about this... Now freephoneline.ca is managed by fongo.com so basically when you buy sip unlock ... it cost you 50 + tax. They send you relm server which is same Ip for both company either voip.freephoneline.ca or sip.fongo.com
I tried on device Obi202 with that. I am able to make a call but unable to receive it.
I do not know what is the cause... but I doing lot of research and it may be caused by my current isp provider modem... because that modem support a voip line too and we are using a phone line from them...

ohhh, no, no, I know how to set that up. It's very easy. (with my obi100 of course).
My question was about the unlock key. If I have that already, does that mean I own that phone number and can put it to use with whatever voip company, or do I still have to request a port for the number??
thanks.
