After you press the requested **5 xxxx - you will hear "out of service tones" followed by an announcement of " ... has been sent to the server"
Many have complained of this tone sounding like failing to make a connection. We've asked engineers to change the tone to a friendlier one.
Failure to add device occasionally points to OBiTALK server being temporarily unavailable, or the OBi110 requiring to have a newer firmware installed (at least 1.0.2 version).
