Obi 110 + Tivo Series 1

Has anyone had success setting up a Tivo Series 1 with Obi 110 (or Obi 100)?  I have my regular phone service working fine with Google Voice, and I tried the #096 codes and calling the New York numbers.  Just wondering if anyone has had success, and if so, what settings did you use?
