Phone Number Highlighter/Dialer for Obi/VOIP Services

Can anybody advise if there's an IE extension or softphone software available which allows automatic highlighting of web-page phone numbers and dialing out via Obi/VOIP by cimply clicking the number?

I am using a 3CX softphone, which works fine, but sure would love the convenience of easy one-click dialing, as the Skype IE extension offers.

I only know one that works with Firefox. "Click to call" sip softphones and Skype.
