IP Address is all mixed up..... (could this be the source of my Obi problems?)

So i've been having the WORST time determining why my Obi/GV voip system isn't working.

It's now been 3 days! And I need a solution quick, before I decide to get an old school landline, this is ridiculous.


In the midst of reading what feels like hundreds of threads :-[ I discovered my  IP address does not match.

according to Obi my IP is: 192.168.1.147

According to all other IP address sites my IP is: 76.102.194.132

Ostracus:
The first sounds like your LAN side (local network) address and the other is your WAN side (what the world sees).
