Hi,

I'm new to the forum and also to OBI100.  I'm in the process of setting up my OBI100 and I managed to get GV setup as SP1.  Now I also have another SIP provider localphone.com that I use exclusively for international calls.  So what I want to do is have all my 011-xxx.... calls go through localphone.com.  I know from looking through the forum and manual of the OBI100 that I have to setup loaclphone.com as SP2 and then set some kind of DigitalMap to send it to SP2.

Can anyone out there help me out in setting this up, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks to all!

To configure Localphone on SP2/ITSPB, set:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> Name : Localphone
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer : localphone.com
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : (sip username)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (sip password)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> CallerIDName : (callerid name)

With Google Voice configured on SP1/ITSPA as your PrimaryLine, the following change will redirect international calls to Localphone on SP2/ITSPB:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:

(<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<**2>011xx.)

where aaa is your local area code for 7-digit dialing.

If you configure the OBi directly (as opposed to using the OBiTALK Web Portal), you must also set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

I believe that Localphone requires 00, rather than 011 for the international prefix.  So, you might use:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:

(<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<**2>00xx.)

where aaa is your local area code for 7-digit dialing.

You would then dial 00 to go out on Localphone; 011 would still go by GV.

If Localphone uses 00+ for international calling, then use:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:

(<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<**2>011xx.)

where aaa is your local area code for 7-digit dialing.

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> DigitMap:

(<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<011:00>xx.|00xx.)

where aaa is your local area code for 7-digit dialing.

Thanks for the help!

I have a question, do I need to put the same Digitmap in both profile A & B?

The one for ITSP Profile A is different from the one for ITSP Profile B.

RonR thanks for the help!

Everytime that I enter
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:
(<1610>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<**2>011xx.)

and reboot it is overwritten to:
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1610>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*]@@.)

How do I stop it?

If you configure the OBi directly (as opposed to using the OBiTALK Web Portal), you must also set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

or the OBiTALK Web Portal will overwrite your changes.

Thanks for the help!  I just have to try a few more phone calls but so far it looks like it works.  I really appreciate the help.
