Auto Attendant - Just doesn't want to let go!
Stewart:
The timing of both CPC and other interruptions of loop current can vary a little, and there is also some measurement error. So, I recommend setting a lower value, e.g. 100, and confirming that you don't get any unwanted disconnects.
Unwanted disconnects might occur:
1. When dial tone is started.
2. After dialing out, when the call is connected to the PSTN trunk.
3. When the called party answers.
4. On incoming, when the OBi answers the line.
If you can get past all of the above with CPCTimeThreshold at 100, then set a value of 125 and you should be fine.

Hi Stewart,
Thanks again for your help on this one.
I tried re-configuring another of my obi110's at another UK location, I had to adjust it exactly the same way to get the disconnect detection to work.
When I get a bit of time i'll stick it to 100 and do a lot of call reliability testing and then hopefully keep the 125 setting as you suggested.
I've submitted a support request so it will be interesting to see what/if any sugguestions come back.
Cheers,
flipdee
