Double ring on Callcentric

I have GV on SP1 and CC on SP2

I set GV to send calls to CC and *I think* CC is set to call my Obi (I'm not sure how this is done)

But in any case if I disable Google Chat and forward calls to CC, my Obi does ring -- although it is doing the "double ring".

Is this because the call is coming in on SP2?  Is there a way to change this so I get single rings?

By default SP2 uses ring profile B. You can change it to use ring profile A.

Voice Service -> SP2 -> X_RingProfile

uncheck both boxes on the right and select from the drop down.
