I already have my Google Voice account set up and the Obi works fine. But I would like to set up a second account with Callcentric. Can I do that with a wizard without overwriting my Google Voice SP1 setup or is there another way I must set up the Callcentric account. If so, how do I do it?

RonR

Should you wish to configure Callcentric in the OBi directly, set:

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Callcentric on SP2:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> Name : Callcentric
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> General -> DigitMap:

(*123|**275*xx.|<1aaa>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.'@'@@.)

where aaa is your local area code.

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> OutboundProxy : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> RegistrationPeriod : 3600

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : 1777nnnnnnn
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (sip password)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> CallerIDName : (callerid name)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> MWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_VMWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> MessageWaiting : (unchecked) (Default unchecked)

I just signed up with Callcentric today.  I tried the OBI wizard and it did not work. Then I tried the settings that Callcentric recommends for the OBI100 box and it did not work.  I just tried the settings above with the following mod and it still does not work.

I keep getting the error.  Register Failed: No Response From Server (server=204.11.192.39:5060; retry in 18s)

System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> ITSP Provisioning -> Method : Disabled
System Management -> Auto Provisioning -> OBiTALK Provisioning -> Method : Disabled

Callcentric on SP1:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> Name : Callcentric
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> General -> DigitMap:

(*123|**275*xx.|<1440>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.'@'@@.)

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> SIP -> ProxyServer : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> SIP -> OutboundProxy : callcentric.com
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A -> SIP -> RegistrationPeriod : 3600

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : A
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthUserName : 1777nnnnnnn
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> AuthPassword : (sip password)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> CallerIDName : (callerid name)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> MWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_VMWIEnable : (checked)
Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> MessageWaiting : (unchecked) (Default unchecked)

Judgeless,

These are the settings I'm currently using and I'm currently registered.

Is every other setting on SP1 / ITSP Profile A at Default?

Judgeless

I did a hard reset and then entered everthing above. So they should be default.

I am running OpenDNS.  It have 4 OBI110 boxes and they all work fine.  This is the first with Callcentric

RonR

204.11.192.39:5060 is a valid server address.  Are all four OBi's on the same LAN?  Do you have any port forwarding in your router that might be diverting the responses elsewhere?

Judgeless

I have alot of ports forwarded.  None should conflict with port 5060.

Type  Port IP
TCP HTTP 80 10.0.0.58
TCP SMTP / 25 10.0.0.56
TCP 389 10.0.0.56
TCP FTP / 21 10.0.0.58
GRE N/A 10.0.0.58
TCP PPTP / 1723 10.0.0.58
TCP 5500 10.0.0.28
TCP 1024 - 1722 10.0.0.28
TCP 59 10.0.0.28
TCP 113 10.0.0.28
TCP 443 10.0.0.56
TCP 110 10.0.0.56
TCP 1724 - 5000 10.0.0.28

You didn't mention whether this OBi was the only one connected to this router/LAN.  If more than one, have you tried disconnecting all but this one?

You might try connecting this OBi directly to your modem temporarily to see if you can make a call through Callcentric (Try : 17771234567).  Cycle the power on the modem and the OBi after making the direct connection and make sure you can reach **9 222 222 222 before testing Callcentric.

Judgeless

I do have 4 OBI110 on the network.  3 are using Google Voice.

I disconneted all but the one on Callcentric.  The echo test works fine.

When I call 1777.123.4567 I get 'There is no service available to complete your call'

That's indicative of not being registered.

Were you able to test with the router bypassed?  Does your router have SIP ALG support?  Make sure it's turned off if it does.

Judgeless

My DSL modem is also my router so it is hard to disable the router part.  I have a extra modem that I can try that does not have any port forwarding.  The router I have not does not have a SIP ALG function.

I suspect a router issue since this configuration works for me and others.

Judgeless

I have been working with Callcentric on this also.  They told me to try these settings.

Under the SP1 services please enable the following:
X_KeepAliveEnable: <check the box>
X_KeepAliveExpires: 120

Under SIP:
X_ProxyServerRedundancy: <check this box>
X_SecondaryRegistration: <check this box>

After I applied those setting it started working.  Can you help me with one more thing?

How do I modifiy the DigitMap so it know my default area code is 440?  This is what I have now.

(*xx.|**275*x.|[3469]11|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)

This is the default setting set at 440

(*xx|*123|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1440>[2-9]xxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*]@@.)

Judgeless

When I call the Callcentric number it works fine.  When I try to call out it give me an error that 'There is no service available to complete your call.'

Judgeless

Evething is working now.  They had me change the Primary line.

Please make sure that Physical Interfaces>Phone Port>Primary Line is set to SP1 Service and NOT on PSTN1.

And they recommended I use this DigitMap for 440.

(*75xx|**275x.|<:1440>[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
