Cannot dial using PSTN - Getting Transfer Target, Continue At Ref:32612

Incoming from Line 1 works and my phone rings, but when I go (outbound) from auto attendant and press 2, I input the number **8xxxxxxxx#, I get the following error.
Transfer Target, Continue At Ref:32612
Same result when I dial directly **8xxxxxxxxx# from the phone. According to the logs, the call is being done by AA1 (auto attendant) and then transferred to LINE 1. Any suggestions?
