Looking for a solution..can OBi help?

Work from a home office in the UK have been using a PSTN line through BT/18185 but have started a new job and the firm uses Salesforce and an associated dialer. Without installing a PSTN PCI Modem card (seems like going backwards), can I use one of the OBi pieces of kit along with a USB headset and salesforce on my PC and choose whether to use a VoIP service or my existing BT/18185 service for how the dialer calls out?

Any thoughts much appreciated!
