Glenk,

Have you read this?

Callcentric and Google Voice Setup Guide (with CNAM)
http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=3640.msg24265#msg24265

Specifically, I don't see any reference to this in your setup (as per pc44 guide):
How do I enable or disable CNAM on my account?

Glenk,

Also, I've tried configuring Service Prviders>>ITSP Profile B>>SIP>>RegistrarServer and UserAgentDomain to "callcentric.com" but those 2 fields always revert back to default (blank) after a couple of minutes.
Sounds like this could be the reason:

QBZappy,

I configured my device via the expert configuration using the recommended settings from other discussions on this forum but still do not get CID name on the CallCentric line on SP2.  Any ideas?

Glenk,

You have not confirmed if you have followed this important step.

Specifically, I don't see any reference to this in your setup (as per pc44 guide):

OK QBZappy,

I messed up!  I focused on your second reply about using the Expert Configuration to make changes and didn't see your first reply about going into preferences on the Call Centric site to make sure CID name was enabled.  Sure enough, that was the problem.

Thanks, I owe you!

I'm ready to do this CC free number amd e911 but...

...can I get a CC free NY number if I'm in MA and still have 911 work correctly? Or is this restricted to NY residents?

Free number and E911 have no connection.  E911 calls get assigned a hidden number that allows callback for a limited time, you never see the number.
