Truncated password

Well here's one issue I've noticed in the past both Obi unit and portal. When one goes to enter a password it get's truncated when one hits submit. I'm using Firefox as the browser and I've logged out of any password program.

It is only truncated in what you see, not what is submitted.

Password displays usually show a fixed number of dots regardless of the actual password length so as not to aid anyone who is trying to guess/hack the password.

Well right now I'm getting "Register Failed: 403 Forbidden (Bad auth) " and nothings changed.
