I often get call from SP1 without digital caller ID, such as John@sip.xyz.com.  I would like to grant his call with AA access.  I have no problem to give AA to digital caller ID, such as 206-111-1111. Can someone show me how to do it with non-digital caller ID John@sip.xyz.com?

Thanks.

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {John:aa},...

It's case sensitive and letters M, m, S, s, X, and x must be surrounded by single-quotes if contained inside parenthesis as part of an embedded DigitMap : {(12341234567|'x'lite):aa},...

Thank you very much for your quickly.  But it doesn't work.  It went directly to ph instead of aa.  Any other problem could be?
