ObiTalk says: "there is no service", no outgoing calls, incoming calls OK

For those who uses Google Voice, here is an experince to share:
one day my ObiTalk phone started giving me a response "there is no service available" in a cold, lifeless male voice. I had to reset everything on ObiTalk.com by deleting the current device and add device again. When I was setting up Google Voice, DING~!!!, I suddenly realized I changed my Gmail password recently and that was why the Google Voice could not get connected.

The problem was that the ObiTalk server just says "there is no service available", but there could be three possible reasons: ObiTalk failed, Google Voice failed, or my Internet provider suspended this Internet phone service somehow..

If ObiTalk could be smarter to tell what the reason was for "there is no service available", that will make it much easier to fix the problem.
